It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by PokeXGames, Nintendo, Game Freak or The Pokémon Company. All game trademarks, content and assets belong to their respective owners. Data is compiled from the publicly available PokeXGames wiki.

1. Acceptance of terms

By installing or using the App, or by signing up for the beta program on this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. What the App does

The App is a read-only reference tool. It displays game data (items, pokémons, quests, tasks, maps) compiled from public wiki sources. The App does not:

Connect to the PokeXGames game servers.
Modify, inject into, or automate the game.
Grant in-game advantages beyond information available on the wiki.
Process payments, currency, or in-game transactions.

3. Beta program

The beta program is limited to the first 50 testers. By joining you agree to:

Install the beta APK through Google Play's official testing channel.
Use the App on an Android device (emulator is also fine).
Test the App for at least 14 days (Google Play requirement).
Submit feedback through the in-app form or /feedback page.
Not redistribute the APK or share it outside the Google Play beta channel.

As a reward for completing the beta, first 50 testers receive Lifetime Premium (all current and future premium features, forever, at no cost).

4. Premium features

Some features may be marked PREMIUM. During the beta, all features are free. After public release, certain features may require a subscription. Beta testers (first 50) are exempt from all future subscriptions.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Decompile, reverse-engineer or create derivative works of the App.
Abuse the backend API (rate limits apply; automated scraping is prohibited).
Use the App to violate PokeXGames' own Terms of Service.
Misuse feedback or contact forms for spam or abuse.

6. Accuracy of information

We try to keep data synchronized with the wiki, but:

Information may be outdated, incomplete or incorrect.
We are not responsible for in-game decisions you make based on the App's data.
Spoiler content (quest steps, boss strategies) may change as the game updates.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The App and this website are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the authors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App, including but not limited to lost in-game progress, account issues with the game, or data loss.

9. Termination

We may terminate your access to the beta at any time for violation of these Terms, at our discretion. Uninstall the App at any time to stop using it. Request account/email deletion via contact form.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and Poland. Any disputes will be resolved in Polish courts, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
